To secure a space at Legacy at The Standard, click on the “Apply Now” tab to fill out an online application. Here, applicants will be able to choose their desired floor plan. The final step for securing a spot at one of our apartments near UF is to sign a housing contract.
Our apartments near UF cater to students’ schedules. Housing contracts last for 12 installments and are valid from August until late July so you can move in right before school starts.
Your monthly installment payments for our off campus housing near UF will include trash removal, Internet, cable TV, and access to our resort-style amenities, both on our property and at The Standard at Gainesville.
Installment payments are due on the first (1st) of every month. We provide convenient online payment through the Resident Portal or you can drop off a check at the Leasing Office. Payments are considered late if received after 9 a.m. on the fourth (4th) of the month.
Your apartments will come with all of the appliances you’ll need for everyday life, including a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and oven.
