Legacy at The Standard is in a perfect location for freshmen to explore. The University of Florida campus is just a quick walk or bike ride away, so getting to class and other on campus activities is easy! Even better, our community is right across the street from Starbucks, Publix, Sweetberries Eatery & Frozen Custard, and other great local hotspots. For those who enjoy a night out on the town, Midtown is one of two popular areas in Gainesville for students — filled with restaurants and other popular destinations, residents can quickly meet up with friends for a fun-filled night out. Downtown Gainesville is under five minutes away and boasts a variety of popular eateries and entertainment venues. Freshmen have plenty to choose from when they live in our apartments!
